On June 3, 2006 Kickapoo Creek Winery hosted their first wedding reception. The Bride and Groom were Emily and James. 211 guests enjoyed prime rib and chicken dinners, the event was held both inside the banquet hall, in the wine tasting room, and outdoors near the winery. Special photographs were taken of the couple on Gerry bridge, along the walking trail near the vineyards.  The weather was beautiful, and a harpist provided background music for the outdoor guests. The event was perfect. Kickapoo Creek Winery received a beautiful thank you note from the thrilled parents of the bride.
